I drove 6 hours to this dealership to purchase an F-150 after working with Corey Holloway. Before making the trip, I specifically asked Corey to send photos of any scratches or dents larger than 1 inch. He assured me there were no damages. When I arrived, I immediately saw a 3-inch scrape on the tailgate, bad enough that it had been painted over to hide it. The repair costs over $3,000, but they only offered a $300 discount. This was a horrible, misleading transaction. Corey and his manager were both deceptive, clearly banking on the fact that I had already wasted 6 hours driving there and wouldn’t have many options.
Against my better judgment, I went through with the purchase. To make matters worse, I received only a 21-day temporary permit. I had to call Jacque three separate times just to get them to send my title to the DOL before the permit expired. Each time, the excuse was that they were “out of the office for training” or “too busy,” and they would mail it out later.
This dealership is dishonest, careless, and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and avoid Steve’s Hometown Toyota at all costs.
