Great Service Corwin Ford replaced the defective airbags in our Mercury Milan. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Thank you! We had our new Explorer devices for the protection package and arrived on time. The crew had just gone to lunch despite having made our appt for noon. We had our new Explorer devices for the protection package and arrived on time. The crew had just gone to lunch despite having made our appt for noon. That is the only reason for four stars. We would have to wait an hour longer than anticipated. Juan went above and beyond to help us with a loaner car and we went to the mall. They did a great job and even tried to get the job done before it got dark out so we could make it home safely. Very impressed! More

Warranty Work not done on time. I was badly treated. The truck was not done on time. A one day job took 2 days. Warranty work is still not done. You have to call them they don’t call you. Had to call multiple times to get an answer of what was wrong with my car. The second day couldn’t get a response until it was to late to get a rental Had to call multiple times to get an answer of what was wrong with my car. Check Engine Light has been erratic over the past 10,000 mil The on-off status of the engine light has been reported prior to the service performance for the past 2-3 services. Because the light has always been off when I got to you for service (one time I went in because I had the light but it went out by the time I got to your dealership) no action was taken. This time THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS AGAIN OUT WHEN I GOT TO YOUR BEALER SHIP but we included it in the service package. Corrective action was expensive. Action taken was effective as improved engine performance is evident but I wonder if more timely action would have reduced the cost by some of it being covered under warranty. Also savings in fuel cost may have resulted. More
