Worse service department: Wed, Oct 23: dropped off XT4-2 X for same reason: tick, tick in dash...car is only a month old Told service adviser Hodder rode trip to souther AZ planned for the next day. No lo X for same reason: tick, tick in dash...car is only a month old Told service adviser Hodder rode trip to souther AZ planned for the next day. No loaner available so sent to Enterprise; rental was far below standard of an XT. Morning of 24th, called Hodder requesting authorization for rental upgrade; promised a call back, never got it. Cancelled a double birthday celebration because rental not suitable for over the road trip. Friday, October 25th Hodder again ignored VM requesting repair update status. Monday, Oct 28th: Text notification car is ready for pick up; not even courtesy of a phone call. At pick up questioned Hodder why he had not returned phone call or VM let alone not made a personal call advising car ready for pick up; he just ignored questions. Good customer service!! Sept 25th, day of sale; sales person, Juan Medidna, along with GM, Paul Glans expanding how important the customer is...ha, ha An email to GM Glans on Friday the 25th elicited a phone call from him on vacation in Jackson Hole WY. No apology for trip cancellation or not getting a rental upgrade. Just a request that in the future for better service to deal directly with him. Would think that a Cadillac dealership that has been in the Valley as long as Coulter customer service standards would be higher. That's the last Coulter Cadillac will see of us!!! More
