They helped me find a vehicle that fits what I wanted even though I was indecisive. Jeremy, OMG, fought harder than anyone that I've ever known to get me into a great loan! Thank you very much Jeremy! If you are looking for a great dealership check out Stateline Subaru in Fruitland, Idaho. More

No trade....cash deal...paid the asking price....we were assuming they would show respect to us in return. CarFax showed the vehicle was Canadian, so we asked Juan if all the metric dash components had been converted to US standards. He assured us with great confidence they were. Speedo was converted, but on the way home with the car we noticed the temp indicators are in Celsius. We followed the owner's manual process for switching the temp gauges, but it doesn't work. According to online recommendations, we now have to take it to a Toyota dealer for an expensive software upgrade. Jeremy snuck in the $299 glass etching charge without telling us. He also said we were required to pay extra for some hinky-dinky blinking stoplight the dealer had already installed. We are clearly the idiots here...it was late in the day, and we had to drive our car and the new car 320 miles to get home...so we wrote the check and signed the 18 different forms they kept throwing at us so we could get to our home across the state. Had I carefully read the 18 forms instead of listening to Jeremy's version of what they were as he shoved them across the desk with a pen and pointing to the X where we sign, we would have walked away.
