This was the first time I purchased out of state im at a loss tho. This was the worst car buying experience ever. I was sold a vehicle with a vibration that could not be diagnosed that was not observed until they day I left the dealership. After being inconvenienced for more than a week ,placed in a rental due to working out of the state and only being home on the weekends, new tires were finally ordered and low and behold, that did not fix the problem. Asked about different options and got no response nor did anyone care. Now I'm having issue with an service plan that i purchased. I went to get my oil change don my new vehicle and my plan is not even in the system. Now I have to chase them down about that. This dealership and the service department is a bust. STAY AWAY! Spend your money elsewhere. More
