Last month when my family and I were in this dealership I saw some inappropriate behavior that concerned me. While I was looking at the SUV in the showroom I saw a young blond girl up at the desk at the saw some inappropriate behavior that concerned me. While I was looking at the SUV in the showroom I saw a young blond girl up at the desk at the front of the store. She was swaying back and forth to the music playing in the showroom when an older Hispanic man walked past her and smacked her on her butt. When looking at your website later I saw that he is your General Sales Manager. I found highly unprofessional and when my husband and daughter returned from the test drive we left. Needless to say we didn't buy a car from this dealership nor will any of our friends or family. More

I dont know who Juan Gracia is, the sales person who helped me was Brayden. It was obvious Brayden was very new. He was personable, but I knew exactly which car I wanted making it the easiest sale ev helped me was Brayden. It was obvious Brayden was very new. He was personable, but I knew exactly which car I wanted making it the easiest sale ever. Brayden did promise to put an ionizer in the car, over night, to get the cigarette smoke smell out of the car. When I picked the car up it smelled like air freshener and three minutes later it smelled like cigarette smoke. Their was no "ozone" smell (like you get whn an ionizer has been used) at all. I was also unimpressed with not being kept informed about the process for having a trailer hitch installed. I had to keep texting to be kept informed, even to find out it was complete. It was Brayden's day off and nobody from the dealership called to let me know. I texted Brayden prompting him toncheck then he texted me back saying it was ready. I will credit Brayden for coming in on his day off to hand me the keys and take a picture of me with my newish car. All in all, they had the exact car I was looking for at a good price. That's the reason I used them. More
