Four years ago I purchased a battery with a "lifetime warranty". That battery now needs to be replaced. After 4 phone calls, being told my battery with the lifetime warranty (it actually says lifetime wa warranty". That battery now needs to be replaced. After 4 phone calls, being told my battery with the lifetime warranty (it actually says lifetime warranty on the battery) may not be able to be replaced with no charge because they can't tell if it a 5 year warranty or a 7 year warranty which doesn't make sense since the battery is about 4 years old, and it's supposed to be a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I was also told I would need to bring the vehicle to them to replace the battery instead of just bringing in old battery. So, I'm now supposed to have the vehicle towed to replace a battery which may/may not be covered under the lifetime warranty. No thank you, Stadium Toyota. More

The car advisor at my appointment was very nice and the service was timely and well done as far as I can tell. My only complaint is that I can only get a one-way ride. I had asked for a ride to internation service was timely and well done as far as I can tell. My only complaint is that I can only get a one-way ride. I had asked for a ride to international mall which is maybe 2 miles away and would want someone to pick me up and bring me back and I was told that that wasn't available. More
