From the moment I arrived, she treated me with patience, respect, and genuine enthusiasm. She went above and beyond to make sure the deal worked, never once making me feel pressured or rushed.
Yes, I know she earns a commission — that’s part of the job. But the effort she put in went far beyond that. She really cared about making sure I left happy, and I did. I absolutely love my new Honda Accord. It’s night and day from my old car, and I have her to thank for that.
Jesse in finance also deserves credit — he was friendly, professional, and kept the whole process smooth. But the real reason I’m writing this review is because of Najma. She turned what could’ve been just another car transaction into a genuinely positive experience.
