I told Jovany I had to be back down to the Springs by a certain time, and he never came back with an ETA on the contract after he said he would (I came pre-approved, just needed to test drive and sign). Instead, we found him showing off a car to another person that had just got there (We were there for 3 hours at this point, given it's a 1 hour dealer) I got upset at how long we were waiting given I did majority of the paperwork beforehand, and he told us we were his only customers at one point too so it didn't make sense. He saw us as we were walking out and didn't say anything, so it just didn't feel like there was any urgency on his end to close the deal and get us out of there soon. We ended up getting a call later from a Ryan, not even him. Ryan has been nothing but helpful in trying to complete this deal. More
