We had an older car we needed to trade in. Jovanni was our customer service rep. He was very patient and showed us different models of the Crosstrek. We finally decided on a 2025 Sport model. The best part of the experience was that there was no high pressure sales tactics. Jovanni gave good information about each car we looked at which helped a lot with our decision. We would definitely go back to Royal Moore if we needed a new car and would request Jovanni. More
