They had forgotten to reattach the clips. Additionally, when my daughter went to have that fixed at a different place (different state), they told her there was no air filter. IBecause the team has been responsive to my complaints, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and go there again because the service on my other cars has been excellent (Scion, Subaru, Kia).
