What started out as an ordeal with another Nissan dealership turned out to be a great experience at Woodhouse. I needed to complete the buyout process for my Rogue and the other dealership said they dealership turned out to be a great experience at Woodhouse. I needed to complete the buyout process for my Rogue and the other dealership said they couldn’t do it. It turns out they didn’t want to take the time to do it as it would involve time and not a lot of money for them. We walked in to Woodhouse and Josiah Ewing took charge. He is patient and knowledgeable about procedures and put things in motion. The rest of the staff including Adam, in finance were also friendly and helpful completing this process. Hurray for a team that put customer service above a big sale. Shame on the other dealership that I won’t mention by name. More
