Over the course of nearly three months, I have been given multiple diagnoses and repeatedly informed that the issue was corrected, only for the vehicle to continue stalling immediately upon pickup. Most recently, I was advised that the problem “may have been” related to the battery, and the vehicle is now being treated as completed based on that assumption. However, given the history of repeated failed repair attempts, I do not have confidence that the root cause has been properly identified. I have not yet taken possession of the vehicle, as prior assurances of completion have proven inaccurate. Additionally, Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) was expected to coordinate and oversee this matter due to the extended timeframe and repeated repair failures. Instead, my case has not been meaningfully managed or escalated. I feel my concerns have been disregarded rather than properly addressed, and there has been a clear lack of corporate oversight in resolving this situation. While I was provided a loaner vehicle, this does not offset the financial burden of continuing to make payments on a vehicle that has been unavailable and unresolved for months. This experience does not reflect the standards associated with the Porsche brand. I am requesting immediate corporate review, confirmation of a verified and permanent repair, and appropriate compensation for the extended period my vehicle has been unusable. Due to this experience I or my husband will not consider purchasing another Porsche. More
