Lackluster if not poor service front to back from both the sales manager Bryson and the finance manager Josh. Had to call multiple times to make sure my car would get shipped to another island after I pur the sales manager Bryson and the finance manager Josh. Had to call multiple times to make sure my car would get shipped to another island after I purchased it with cash had to wait 2 hours to pay the cash and then when I followed up for my registration and title being that it's two months from the time I purchased it receive no email back no phone call back and then I get a call from my bank saying that Honolulu Ford wants them to be on the title as lien holder despite my paying cash and a cashier check for the car. Totally unacceptable and a lack of professionalism. More

In spite of the interminable time it always takes to close a deal, Josh bent over backwards to get us everything we asked for. The delivery to Molokai went well and we now have our Jeep and look forwar close a deal, Josh bent over backwards to get us everything we asked for.
