Sales was great, very accommodating and even showed my wife new jeeps while we were waiting for my new truck knowing that she wasn’t planning on buying anything that day. Financing dept took forever to c wife new jeeps while we were waiting for my new truck knowing that she wasn’t planning on buying anything that day. Financing dept took forever to complete paperwork and I was pre-approved before even making the drive down there. I understand delays happen and staff call in sick etc. but it was a very long wait after making an over 4 hour drive down there. More
