This was honestly a much better experience than I expected! I went to Forrester in hopes of purchasing a used vehicle and my experience was not only better than I expected, but better than I've ever seen someon I went to Forrester in hopes of purchasing a used vehicle and my experience was not only better than I expected, but better than I've ever seen someone else experience. Mr. Meyers is the friendliest and most helpful salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. In my honest opinion, I think other dealerships should take notes not only on his professionalism, but also on the great customer service I was blessed to receive. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle while also needing help with financing and he made me feel as comfortable as I could be and thoroughly explained the entire process to me while also giving me multiple options and providing his own opinions without seeming like he was pushing me away from my own interests and needs for a vehicle. We corresponded mostly through email and he was quick to reply to every one that I sent, no matter how simple-minded some of my questions seemed to even myself. He was patient and genuinely seemed interested in the service he was offering to me, rather than how some salespeople push the sale of a vehicle first and foremost. Despite not having any idea what I was doing, he made the process easy for me and I'll be recommending not only him, but Forrester as a whole to anyone who asks me about a good dealer and anyone I know is looking for a new or used vehicle.
