This dealership is shady… posting up a used car and in less than 5 days of ownership the check engine light came on and come to my surprise… one of the wheels has two cracks previously…. They mentioned no less than 5 days of ownership the check engine light came on and come to my surprise… one of the wheels has two cracks previously…. They mentioned nothing about it and I’m very disappointed in Emmanuel who is honestly the most unhelpful person to deal with. He shows face and pretends to be nice but at the end of the day, they’re just there to make profit. Will never deal with this dealership or Emmanuel again very dissapointed. More

I bought 2 cars within a week. 2nd car: Davit (GM) & Josh (Sales) were the best… 1st car: i had challenges with Emmanuel (Sales Manager) & Boris (Finance) with a slow sales proce 2nd car: Davit (GM) & Josh (Sales) were the best… 1st car: i had challenges with Emmanuel (Sales Manager) & Boris (Finance) with a slow sales process (kept me there longer than desired) did not take out the optional Zurich insurance after I repeatedly asked. Finance blamed sales and sales couldn’t “ do anything about it” They charged me too much when they snuck in the Zurich paint insurance. I still wish they would have taken it out. It was late and I had no ride home so I felt stuck. 😠 More

BUYER BEWARE! ! This dealership practices one of the oldest tricks in the book - the classic BAIT & SWITCH. These tactics come from the top down with the GM ( ! This dealership practices one of the oldest tricks in the book - the classic BAIT & SWITCH. These tactics come from the top down with the GM (Davit Mkrtchyan) even participating in the duplicitous act by baiting the hook, offering you a deal on the car you had been talking to their salesperson (Joshua Davidson) about (or an identical car, since the one you inquired about was "sold" almost immediately after they confirmed it was still available), only for the sales manager (Bryan Ramos) to then turnaround and tell you that no, the deal/payment you were offered by the GM (who has now disappeared from the conversation never to be heard from again) was actually for a lower spec'd/lower MSRP car - a detail which was only ever mentioned to you after you wasted your time filling out their credit application, among other things. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. More

Service did a good job replacing the broken rearview mirror that was not initially noticed when I bought the car but there was poor communication. I was told a particular person would be handling my ser mirror that was not initially noticed when I bought the car but there was poor communication. I was told a particular person would be handling my service but I wasn't approached and needed to ask. It turned out the service manager was handling it, which was great but again, it was not communicated. I had a couple a questions after the service but the manager wasn't sure and had to get a service technician to answer them for me. Paperwork went smoothly although I had to wait awhile before getting my car even though the service had been completed. More
