Place is welcoming and clean! Should the wait be a little longer, there is water and coffee which we were grateful for. Employees here are kind and efficient. No time waisted. Paperwork was completed with transparency of everything and each paper - nothing hidden. PERK: being able to communicate through text! I had the privilege of working with Josh Woods in April of 2024 when he sold me my new 4Runner TRD Off-Road SUV. He was absolutely fantastic to work with and as a result we returned to Fred Anderson Toyota of 2024 when he sold me my new 4Runner TRD Off-Road SUV. He was absolutely fantastic to work with and as a result we returned to Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston this past month to purchase a pre-owned car for my daughter. Once again, he did not disappoint and helped my daughter find a 2023 Corolla LE that she absolutely loves! Josh is responsive and maintains excellent communication with his customers like myself and my daughter. He really made a concerted effort to listen to her car needs and responded accordingly. We are so grateful for Josh's time, expertise and friendliness! He's been wonderful to work with and we look forward to working with him again down the line! More
