Received an offer from Prescott Valley Kia of $8546 through CarGurus. When I arrived at the dealer with my 85 year old father they started negotiations at $6100, more than $2k below the "OFFER" I recei through CarGurus. "We'll see what we can do.... Let me talk to my manager.... OK, now I'll take it to the big boss." Finally settled at $7500 only becuase I couldn't put my dad through the effort again. To top it off they listed it $12,599, more than double what they initially offered. This is shameful behavior. If it is not an offer then don't call it an offer. Be honest and upfront right from the start. More
