Yesterday I picked up my third new Honda in the last 6 years from Sharp Honda. The entire process was smooth and problem-free. I needed a new vehicle and I had found it on-line. When I arrived at Honda Sharp I was greeted with a smile and handshake. I showed Josh which vehicle I was interested in and he quickly went to get th When I arrived at Honda Sharp I was greeted with a smile and handshake. I showed Josh which vehicle I was interested in and he quickly went to get the keys. I test drove the Honda Civic Sport Touring and knew this was the vehicle for me. Josh was able to explain all the features to me since he has just purchased one the month before. Josh was very thorough about the vehicle. I was impressed was his knowledge and friendliness. As I waited for the Troy to get all paperwork ready Josh made sure we were comfortable. Troy went through all the paperwork that I needed to sign and made it smooth with ease. Walking into Sharp Honda left you with a good feeling as it was wide open and welcoming. Jillian was great to work with and she did not hassle you beyond what was reasonable. Jason was great also. I purchased a 2026 Honda Passport in early January of 2026 so that I had reliable transportation to help with my sister who had Stage 4 cancer. She was at end of life and I was making several trips out 2026 so that I had reliable transportation to help with my sister who had Stage 4 cancer. She was at end of life and I was making several trips out of town to be with her. One of these trips, I preparing to leave and my passport was throwing several codes. I was quite upset as things were not looking good and this was the last thing I needed. I drove straight to the Sharp Honda dealership and they immediately within 5 minutes gave me a brand new loner vehicle. They assured me they would get the problem figured out while I was gone and to not worry about how long I would be gone. They even paid for my tolls. I can't even thank them enough for their compassion. They ordered a part and had my car ready for me when I returned. My sister passed two days after I got there and every moment counted that I was able to be with her during that time. Thank you Robby and the Sharp Honda Dealership.
