I waited with my toddler for 2. 5 hours for a simple oil change. Nobody informed me why the wait was so long. I had to go up to the front to ask because I thought I was forgotten abo 5 hours for a simple oil change. Nobody informed me why the wait was so long. I had to go up to the front to ask because I thought I was forgotten about . I’ve been getting my oil changed at this facility for years, and I’ve only waited an hour every time. Josh was absolutely amazing. My car broke down 20 minutes from Gainesville and I had it towed to Davis Chevrolet. Once there, Josh took over and kept me informed throughout the entire assessment and repair. Very honest and sincere. He actually gave me a ride on his own time back from the rental car store. That's above and beyond customer service! Someone needs to give him a raise! More

they delivered as promised, but they charged me $1700 more than the extended warranty. I bought from a Chevrolet dealer when I purchased the vehicle would cover.. I was told when I purchased the warranty more than the extended warranty. I bought from a Chevrolet dealer when I purchased the vehicle would cover.. I was told when I purchased the warranty that it would cover all covered expenses. and it has at my local dealer where I bought the vehicle.. other dealers should honor that commitment as well. More
