I was driving home pulling in my driveway and saw bumping my front tire I called the summit place Kia. The person over the phone or computer told me it would be over a month to get in for a new tire I asked my front tire I called the summit place Kia. The person over the phone or computer told me it would be over a month to get in for a new tire I asked to speak to Marcus he got me in within an hour got my tire changed fixed it was quick fast easy wash my car very very pleasant very good person to work with Marcus good guy been doing business there for years. I would highly recommend asking for Marcus when you go there and you will definitely get good service More

To buy a car wonderful and the service Manger Marcus Rexford excellent. Service Mechanics just a joke. 9 months to figure out a problem and still not fixed. ALSO LIED TO . I waited to write a review so I could comment on the entire Kia experience. I leased 45 days ago and had an amazing experience! David Lee was outstanding as well as Ken Vink and Jonny O. I was treated f entire Kia experience. I leased 45 days ago and had an amazing experience! David Lee was outstanding as well as Ken Vink and Jonny O. I was treated fairly and kindly. The entire process was seamless. I love the new Forte also. I set up auto pay in minutes. Great experience. More
