Two days after I purchased this used Wrangler from Jacky Jones the CEL came on. I made an appointment and they did a quick software update, but ten days later the CEL returned. I made another appointment an Jones the CEL came on. I made an appointment and they did a quick software update, but ten days later the CEL returned. I made another appointment and this time they discovered that the prior owner had removed the cold air intake he had installed and attempted to repair the evaporator line he had cut, but it still caused an airflow issue. They ordered the parts needed and once they came in I took it back to them. They were uncertain how long it would take to repair so they gave me a loaner. Two and a half hours later they called to tell me it was finished. I drove back and was pleasantly surprised to find No Charge. I guess they realized that they missed this issue prior to putting the Jeep on their lot and they wanted to make it right. Very impressive in these days when so many companies are looking to shave every corner they can to increase profits. Highly recommend Jacky Jones in Cleveland, GA. More
