I was a Koons Customer prior to this purchase just different store. Koons Tysons Corner had the Equinox I specifically was looking for, put in a request and Ky Hymes was the salesman who contacted me. different store. Koons Tysons Corner had the Equinox I specifically was looking for, put in a request and Ky Hymes was the salesman who contacted me. He was super kind, knowledgeable and to point. Josh was the Sales Manager and he was just as friendly, to the point with pricing. Gabby was my finance manager for the deal, she also was super friendly, knowledgeable and was even able to convince my dad to buy some kind of warranty hahaha - they were all top notch and made my buying experience quick and easy! Herbie, David and Josh made the purchase of my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 such an easy process as an out of state buyer. These guys are here to earn your business; the car buying experience is often dreaded, but Sierra 1500 such an easy process as an out of state buyer. These guys are here to earn your business; the car buying experience is often dreaded, but if you give these guys a chance you’ll see a level of professionalism that isn’t seen in a lot of dealerships - they aren’t here to play the games that you’ll find in old school dealerships. This was a refreshing way to conduct business in an industry that is often given a bad name. I’ll be back when I’m in the market for another truck and would recommend all friends and family! More

I had been looking for the right deal on a used truck for about a month when I walked into Koons Tysons. Previously, I had been to several dealerships whose 'games' and tactics were enough to walk away from about a month when I walked into Koons Tysons. Previously, I had been to several dealerships whose 'games' and tactics were enough to walk away from negotiations. I appreciated Bakary and (sales manager) Ryan taking the time to talk about the Koon's pricing, the Market research, and allowing me and my family the time to evaluate if this truck was right for us. Overall, the purchasing and financing process was very quick and pressure-free. The only negative I have to offer is that after I shook hands on the deal with these two, the General Sales Manager came over and plainly told me that the price I agreed on with the other two was not going to happen (a nominal amount of about $100 off). He added that he didn't need my business to make a profit on the truck, he could make more at auction. I thought it was unprofessional that he took away the other two's authority/autonomy in front of a customer. If it hadn't been for Bakary and Ryan's professionalism throughout the course of the visit, I would have left. Ultimately, I made up the difference and got a great truck. More

We test drove some cars and found one I liked. But as we went in, we stated that we wanted a break down before we signed anything. They talked to us like we were stupid, left us alone for 30 minutes several went in, we stated that we wanted a break down before we signed anything. They talked to us like we were stupid, left us alone for 30 minutes several times (totaled to over an hour and a half), lied about payments, and the finance guy literally laughed in my face when we said we didn’t want GAP. They were awful. Then they called us as we left to “sweeten” the deal and I stated that I felt we were disrespected the whole time so I rather spend my money somewhere else. He tried to explain math to me (because math is hard...) and told me to “calm down” and not use “fowl language.” Jokes of an establishment. More

Excellent Customer Service We finally decided it was time to buy the pick-up truck of our dreams, and we found what we thought we wanted listed at a store an hour and a half awa We finally decided it was time to buy the pick-up truck of our dreams, and we found what we thought we wanted listed at a store an hour and a half away. The only problem was that we had a VERY tight schedule that week and there was no way we would make an hour and a half drive any time soon. I contacted Josh at Koons Chevrolet of Tysons and asked him about possibly having the truck transferred to the Tysons store. He was working to make that happen when the other store sold the truck, even though he had put a hold on it. Determined that I would not be disappointed, Josh searched his inventory--and the inventory of every Chevy dealer in the country, it seems, to try to find a truck that was exactly comparable. Ultimately what he found was one I liked even better in his own inventory. He came in on his day off, because the day was convenient to us, and we fell in love with our new Deep Ocean Blue Chevy Silverado ZL1 the moment we saw it. He was very thorough in explaining all of its features, and worked hard to get us the best price possible. We left later that night confident that we had purchased the right truck for us at the best price we could find. I would recommend Koons Chevrolet of Tysons Corner to anyone in the market for a Chevy--and if you need a truck, definitely ask for Josh! More

BEST new car Experience EVER! I think we all--at one time or another--dread walking into a car dealership, so I was expecting the typical routine (i.e., pounced on the minute I wal I think we all--at one time or another--dread walking into a car dealership, so I was expecting the typical routine (i.e., pounced on the minute I walked in the door) when I recently visited Koons Tysons Chevy Buick GMC. But, as they say at Koons: "WOW!" I was "wowed" from the very first polite welcome from the receptionist to the last sincere handshake from my salesman after buying my new 2017 Chevy Silverado. The facility itself is very conveniently located for most of us in the greater DC metro area; the staff are all polite and no-pressure; their inventory is incredible; and they have more service bays than I have digits on both hands and feet combined. I was particularly impressed with my salesman--Josh Neidigh. If there's one thing that annoys me more than the hard-sell, it's a salesman that doesn't know his products. I'm convinced Josh knows more about the Chevrolet Silverado than the engineers that designed it! That is NOT gratuitous flattery, his depth and breadth of knowledge about that vehicle was REMARKABLE! More than that, Josh was polite, professional, extremely helpful, and willing to go "above and beyond" to make my new car purchase as transparent and painless as possible. I also have to give a shout out to Koon's Finance Team: Toby Kirk has GOT to be one of the NICEST gentlemen on planet earth today and--like Josh--he clearly is a master finance professional. Toby walked me through several options--with total transparency--to make sure all of my questions were answered and I made the right financing choice to suit my particular needs. I could go on and on, but I'll just say this: If you're in the market for a new or used Chevrolet, Buick, or GMC vehicle, do yourself a favor and go to Koons' Tysons dealership. They WILL WOW you! I was recommended by my Credit Union to visit this dealership. I called to make an appointment because my time was limited. After getting passed off to 3 different sales people and explaining what I w dealership. I called to make an appointment because my time was limited. After getting passed off to 3 different sales people and explaining what I wanted to each person. I was able to get a price on the new car and my trade in. It was MSRP and the trade was $4000 less the other dealerships. I asked to speak to a manager and asked him to give me his best price. I almost fell out of the chair when he said what I had was it. I got up, told him that price was a joke and they wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time!! A couple of days later I received a email from the General Manager. I called and had to leave a message about my experience and asked him to call me back. 2 weeks later I am still waiting.... How a dealership can stay in business with that kind of service is beyond me. I would give them a zero rating but that is now possible. More
