Josh has helped me in the past and I love that he is easy going and his customer service and patient are great. I never feel like there is pressure to purchase any thing and he is willing to answer questions even when they are probably annoying. This buying experience was the first time I worked with Jim Molstead and he was just as wonderful. Again, there wasn't pressure to buy add on's. I was given straight forward information without a sleazy sales pitch you might get at other places which is why I keep coming back to Molstead's. I love your staff and service and you make my car buying experience enjoyable. It's probably too enjoyably based on my purchase history. More
