Worst experience . My rogue car is 2 years and 2 months old with 25K miles. From last one year has a cranking sound coming from the engine. Every time I visit the serv . My rogue car is 2 years and 2 months old with 25K miles. From last one year has a cranking sound coming from the engine. Every time I visit the service center, they just replace oil and does not take seriously about this cranking noise issue. On Jan 16, 2017 I visited, and explained the same problem, I went for ride and service manager (Mike Esprello) also noticed this loud cranking noise. Instead of fixing faulty transmission system they just replaced the engine oil and billed me 136$ for diagnostics and repair (I strongly think this is against the warranty clause, my car is still under warranty). When I asked some one from sales dept. about the bill (as others left the service center by 7:30 PM), he offered me to trade in my car. Totally unacceptable experience from NIssan Sheehy Glen bernie. More
