We bought a used F-150 from Arlington Toyota and worked with Josh McCormick on the purchase. The whole experience was great. Josh was friendly, informative, and not pushy at all. The dealership was busy but we were always well attended to by all the salespeople. Everyone greeted us and made sure we were being taken care of, including reminding us of the free food outside at their cookout. Josh was fair and treated us honestly and with respect. He made the deal easy and painless. Ahmet in finance was friendly, funny, and efficient. Overall, we were in and out in about 4.5 hours. That included getting the truck, test drive, negotiating with a trade, working on the financing while Josh filled the gas tank and got the truck detailed. Great experience! Thanks! More

So very happy with my recent purchase. Josh was a very rude salesman. Before he would even show us a car he tried to force us to register in his "system." When I objected and said I'd like to see the car first, he claimed he couldn't help us bec us a car he tried to force us to register in his "system." Josh was incredibly rude and had a huge attitude and treated me like I didn't matter to him at all. I will definitely be going across the street to Subaru for my car purchase.
