I don't know a soul who enjoys the used car shopping experience. That said, the Staff at Carmazone were a joy to work with. The car my son "had to have" was pre-washed and parked in front row with a d experience. That said, the Staff at Carmazone were a joy to work with. The car my son "had to have" was pre-washed and parked in front row with a dealer tag ready to test drive. Demo went will, negotiations were honestly fair, paperwork was a breeze. The only thing lacking was leather interior. They sent the vehicle off and had leather and heated seats installed and back in 4 days. The seats came out amazing. Extremely pleased with my purchase. Even met the owner, very professional and personable young lady - you can tell she's passionate about here customers. Well done! Would recommend and buy again. More

Was very helpful and we had a nice test drive that helped with the purchase. Every one we spoke with was helpful and professional. What I liked about Weston if he didn’t have the answer to a question he went and found the person who could help. My wife and I enjoyed the time at the dealership. Looking forward to getting my first free oil change and service. More

I'm sure this post will be deleted. This was the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. After telling them exactly what we wanted and that we did not want to drive 45 minutes one way to unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. After telling them exactly what we wanted and that we did not want to drive 45 minutes one way to look at a vehicle unless we were sure we could test drive and speak with someone about purchasing. We spoke to Kimber, Addison, Kimber again, and Holly. I sent all the information about our trade, got the trade in value and what they would sell the vehicle on their lot for and we were good to go. I specifically told them that we did not want to make a trip for no reason. We wanted to get there, test drive the vehicle and if all was good we were ready to buy. I dont know how I could have been more specific. When we got there, the sales person, Dave, whom I spoke to and had an appointment with was too busy finishing up paperwork to work with us. We waited about 25 minutes. He sat us with another sales person, who was very nice but did not seem to know very much about what they had. He had no idea about any of my conversations with Kimber, Holly, Addison and Dave. Had no idea about what we wanted. It ended up one of the management took the SUV that we were interested in home for the weekend. The only thing this guy said to us was, "Well can you come back tomorrow?" I have received 7 automatic texts from the dealership afterwards. I asked them very nicely to remove my name from this list. I have asked them to remove my name from their email list. Now I have blocked their number. No apology for a wasted trip, nothing. I just received another email from them. They are the most unorganized, unprofessional, disrespectful dealership I have ever dealt with. I should have read up on them and the scandal with the owners' husbands at Auto House. I did see several bad reviews but equally good ones. We thought we would give them a try. Never again. Ended up purchasing a vehicle almost equally as far away and am very happy. Please remove my name from your sales list as I will never be a customer.......for the 12th request More

Ok ,I had been avoiding the idea of purchasing a ( new to me vehicle) but It was time,so I'm new to the Salisbury area and didn't really know where to go to purchase a new car because I didn't know what I wa me vehicle) but It was time,so I'm new to the Salisbury area and didn't really know where to go to purchase a new car because I didn't know what I want,I paid Carmazone a visit in February 2020 but I didn't make a purchase, but the staff (Nic Joseph)was extremely nice ,very accommodating. Ok so now I NEED a new car so I go back to Carmazone Labor day weekend and I am greeted with courtesy and I recognize Nic Joseph ( very professional) is still there and I ask that he assist me with looking at a particular vehicle I see on the lot,well need I say more,I purchased a vehicle that I absolutely love,( Josh-finance officer) was also very nice and professional) the buying process was easy and no hassling,I would highly recommend checking Carmazone out for your next vehicle purchase. Terrible service/ overpaid for vehicle/ lied to I traded my Kia Soul for a Kia Candenza back in Sept of last year. I knew the Cadenza was what I had wanted; I didnt test drive it; I simply wanted to I traded my Kia Soul for a Kia Candenza back in Sept of last year. I knew the Cadenza was what I had wanted; I didnt test drive it; I simply wanted to make sure the financing would work first. After that was handled, the Cadenza still needed to be detailed.(this was a Friday) So, they were going to give me a loaner for a few days. They gave me an Optima- that had a service engine light on. I mentioned it, but they said it would be fine.(who does that?) Well,I drove it home, and then could not get it started back up. They had to come a jump it. On Monday, I decided that maybe I was making a mistake. The Optima was a much bigger car and I knew the Cadenza would be as well. I could barely see over the hood. So I asked to test drive a few other smaller SUVs. After finding one, I went to talk to the finance manager and he said nothing could be done since the deal was already funded. Mind you, I still did not have the Cadenza yet. I did get the Cadenza (paid way too much for it), but was not happy. Later that week, the actual finance company called me from the "funding department" to verify everything to get the funding complete. What? The finance manager told me earlier that week that the deal had already been funded - even before I had the Cadenza. And my sales person? Well, he was off to another customer as soon as I went with the finance guy. (young guy with long guy with long dreads) Their motto must be "Quantity over Quality". Very sad. To top it off, I come to find their "service" department is only open Mon- Fri , 8-5. What kind of service can you give your customers during those hours? Some of us have an actual 8-5 job. I have NEVER come across a service department with those hours. They added " free oil changes" in my "deal".... well so much for that. I cant use it. And when I called and questioned the service department, they didnt even seem to care. This dealership OVERCHARGES, ADDS items in the financing that are NOT needed (but go over it so fast, that you dont have time to even read it!), and the customer service simply DOES NOT EXIST. They do not care that I am driving a car that I cannot see over the hood to park or take corners. Even more, I wrote a personal letter to management, and got NO REPLY. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU VALUE GOOD, HONEST SERVICE. Valuable lesson learned. Lee Walling More
