I agreed to buy the car as long as they fix the airbag issue, they agreed. A week later when I was scheduled to pick up the car, they tell me that they can't get the airbag light to go off, but it's not a issue, they agreed. A week later when I was scheduled to pick up the car, they tell me that they can't get the airbag light to go off, but it's not a big deal and the airbags still work. I bought the car because I'm an idiot who trusted them. I brought the car to a Subaru dealer to verify what they told me. Turns out the airbags DO NOT work, and it will be $1300 to fix. But the real problem is that the part I need is back ordered. I've been waiting 8 months for this part, and they say it's another 3 months before I can get this fixed. Great Falls Honda originally offered to pay for it, but has since stopped answering or returning my calls. Honestly I don't care about the cost, I just want a car with airbags!! More

We worked with and test dove this vehicle with a salesman that was incredibly attentive and helpful. When we came back to purchase the car he was assisting another client and while test driving with them was that was incredibly attentive and helpful. When we came back to purchase the car he was assisting another client and while test driving with them was involved in a potentially deadly accident. It was clear the team of people working at the dealership were concerned for their employee and friend they stepped up and finished the sale for him all the while checking on his status. This dealership showed that they have their priorities in the right place and put people first. I couldn’t be more impressed and thankful for their support with the purchase of my first Honda.
