From the moment I walked through the door, he made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Felipe took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, patiently answering all my questions about different vehicles without any pressure. He guided me through the selection process with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring I found the perfect vehicle that matched my lifestyle and budget. I highly recommend reaching out to him. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers! More

I purchased a used Honda Odyssey in April 2024. Once the sale was complete (I paid the full amount with a personal check), they told me there was only one set of keys. Why this was not disclosed Once the sale was complete (I paid the full amount with a personal check), they told me there was only one set of keys. Why this was not disclosed before, I do not know. When I complained to the used car sales manager I was told they would get me another key. After weeks of waiting and many unreturned phone calls, I went to the dealership. I spoke with another manager who took all the information, explained the process and said he would order the key and call me when it came in. After 3 more weeks of hearing nothing with more unreturned phone calls and emails I went to the dealership again. There was yet another manager I spoke with who told me to go to a Honda dealership and order the key and to text him the receipt and he would reimburse me for the key (which is just shy of $400). When I asked him to send me an email stating this, he declined and instead gave me his business card and wrote “reimburse for key” on the back. Oh, and by the way, their systems have been down for over two weeks, they say, so ithe reimbursement won’t happen right away. This is complete xx. I’m tired of being lied to by three different sales managers. Stay away from this place. More
