terrible. I drove 3.2 hours to close the deal on a new Sierra that we had agreed to over the phone. The deal was in writing and signed by both parties and I paid a $500 deposit. I drove 3.5 hours to the GMC dealer 2 days later and when we began doing the final paperwork the salesman notified me that the deal and pricing had changed significantly. Instead of MSRP minus $5000, $3500 rebate and 2.9% financing over 6 years it was now MSRP MINUS $5000, 4.9% financing over 5 years and zero rebate. I was so angry I should have just driven back home but I probably would have lost the $500 deposit and $1700 worth of after market accessories I had installed and paid for. Worst dealership ever! !!!! Stay far away if you value your money and integrity!!!! They are a scam artist dealership!!!! I visited this dealership yesterday 6-17-23 base !!!! Stay far away if you value your money and integrity!!!! They are a scam artist dealership!!!! I visited this dealership yesterday 6-17-23 based on a phone call made the prior day to see about what deals they had on their trucks. Manager by the name of Sam had stated he would not be there on Saturday in which I could make there so he recommended me to work with Josh. Josh knew I what I was looking for ahead of time and had sent me links to brand new vehicles in which I truly liked. Also knowing that I have a current 2023 model pickup that I was wanting to trade in and upgrade to a GMC over a Chevy. Upon arriving there we were greeted by Josh after asking for him, the initial meet was good, however after talking to him about what I was after he recommends me to buy a used truck that just came in and was under 2 months old. Now keep in mind my truck is over 6 months old and has 11,417 miles on it. Now this truck that he wanted to sell me had 6790 miles on it for only being 2 months old and yet he criticized me for having 11,417 miles on mine. After bringing the truck up from the back upon 1st impression I did like the look of the truck, however I pointed out 4 different blatant areas of damage done by the previous owner. I told Josh I was interested but all this damage is going to affect the cost of this vehicle. Now I paid 67 k for my truck and owe 53k remaining. He knows I have a lot of equity in my truck as it stands. He continued to push this vehicle on me as he wanted to sell it, I wanted a brand new that was cheaper. He still continued to push this vehicle even after I expressed concerns with all the damage, he continued to say that this vehicle will be more expensive than a brand new one due to the original MSRP. Ok I though lets see what he comes back with. Needless to say they offered me 50K for my trade knowing that I have all that equity built in and then has the nerve to say that they can't resell vehicles anywhere near the original MSRP and yet he comes back at me with the list price of that truck he was trying to sell me which was 75,900 and the sale price for me was 70,000 and I looked at him and told him he was out of his mind. He looked at me and said that I was out of my mind and that was the deal at hand. I immediately came unglued as he said that that is all my truck is worth and yet he is trying to sell me a damaged vehicle for 5,900 under MSRP with close to 7k miles on it. I am disgusted by this dealership as they allow this kind of professionalism in their work place. They could have had a customer for life and then some. Now I will tell everyone I know to stay the xxxx away from this place as they are out to take everything you got and then make you pay way more. More

Best process I have ever had with my purchase! ! Saw the vehicle online and contacted the dealership. Scott brought the vehicle over to my house for me to test drive, he also handled all of the fin !
