I hit a deer 2 days ago in my new Nissan I bought from oak ridge Nissan. I returned today to talk to the finance department about my gap insurance not expecting AT ALL to get a new vehicle. I explained to Kevin Gibbons my situation and I went inside to find finance. Then Michael Guimaraes came up and explained I was able to get a new car today. He was very understanding of my situation and extremely helpful. I'm always very pleased with my Nissan experience. I left today with the car I originally wanted. More

They will charge you over MSRP for your vehicle. If you see a sale price online, do not expect for them to honor it. They will not save you thousands they will charge you thousands more than the vehicle is worth. More
