We have purchased vehicles for 30 plus years from Laird Noller. We were surprised that there is now a random fee of $1500 kind of just because. The loan was financed through Wells Fargo at over 7 per cent which I thought was very high, especially since we didn’t want the loan to begin with. With the exception of the finance person all of our interactions were fine and the service department is always ok. More

Tried to use the app to set my oil and tire rotation since I am not tech savvy didn’t work had a 130 appointment but he was nice and Wes able to get me in at 2 your service guys fast and friendly out i since I am not tech savvy didn’t work had a 130 appointment but he was nice and Wes able to get me in at 2 your service guys fast and friendly out in about a hour then showed me how to use the app properly extremely pleased More
