My recent experience with Morgan Ortega, the Warranty Clerk at Brent Brown Toyota (aka Orem Toyota), was excellent! I had purchased a new Toyota Highlander from Brent Brown Toyota in April, 2022. Clerk at Brent Brown Toyota (aka Orem Toyota), was excellent! I had purchased a new Toyota Highlander from Brent Brown Toyota in April, 2022. As part of that transaction, I also purchased an extended service contract from the dealer, offered through Total Care Auto. Recently, we moved to WA State, and I encountered difficulty finding an authorized facility in the Tacoma, WA, area to service my vehicle under the Total Care Auto contract. Ms. Ortega provided excellent service to me by discussing the problem with management, and negotiated a full refund of the contract price on my behalf. She was very conscientious, courteous, and prompt in resolving this issue for me. My experience at Brent Brown Toyota, both at time of sale, and even more than 2 years after the sale, has been excellent! I highly recommend Brent Brown (Orem) Toyota for any vehicle purchase, as they stand by their reputation to provide superior service, both at the time of purchase and thereafter.
