The Used Car department is slimy and missed multiple problems during their initial inspection of my truck before selling it to me. Damage that ALREADY EXISTED came to light and when I brought it in, they blamed me. Service and Used Car Sales worked together to ghost me and blame me for the damage. They TOOK 18 DAYS to fix my truck when they said they had necessary parts the 1st day I brought it in. They ghosted me for 2 weeks - I couldn't speak to anyone besides the operator. They couldn't provide any loaner car or rental. No one has their voicemail set up on the used card sales or the service side. It was legit the WORST experience I could have had - a true nightmare that cost me $$$$$$. I can't recommend enough looking elsewhere for a car/truck. They won't value you as a customer or listen to you. I am so disappointed I purchased my car from here. More
