After leasing many cars through my former company , i decided I wanted a personal car and used them to lease the new i4 when it became available. I could not believe how high the lease price was and was decided I wanted a personal car and used them to lease the new i4 when it became available. I could not believe how high the lease price was and was told BMW just was not offering any deals. I later found out I was paying about $200 more per month. than anyone else. Then the e car market crashes and they tell me the value of the car was only 50% of what it was one year prior. Nothing they could do and said wait a year. So, two years in, I go back to try to trade to a non electric vehicle. Keep in mind that sticker on this car is $62k. For buyout, they offered $30k, leaving me with $10k out of my own pocket to pay off the car. And icing on the cake was that I would have to pay $42k for a three year old base 3 series sedan. Are you seeing the madness of this yet??? They are either insane or the biggest thieves in the BMW world. Run away!!! More

Rusnak is the best Auto dealership. Specifically, the service department. After the sale. Top notch. I was in yesterday and Josh Gates was my service rep. All the service managers at Rusnak are really great. But Josh in particular went to bat for me yesterday regarding whether or not my problem was a warranty issue. BMW corporate said no...Josh argued on my behalf...and got them to agree it was a warranty issue. Who does that? Rusnak. I've always been impressed with the service Rusnak department, and I like being treated like a VIP...but yesterday I was particularly happy. I waited for my car to be finished, a couple hours in and out...my car...cleaned and washed...looked brand now when it rolled down the ramp after the service call. Thank you, Josh Gates. Thank you Rusnak BMW. Top shelf. More
