The service center is excellent, Charlie is fantastic at his job and have always been satisfied with the work. In fact the Service department was a major consideration in choosing this dealership. They pointed out that the door edge guard on the back drivers side door that they'd just installed was defective and they went ahead and ordered a new set at their own cost. Everyone is friendly, helpful and efficient. I've owned 6 Subaru's and this 2025 Forester Wilderness is the second Subaru purchased from this dealership - the first was my 2014 Outback. More

The car had a horrible catalytic converter and the service team knew that and let me drive all the way 10 hours and back almost broke down 5 different times and put me in very much dangerous weather t service team knew that and let me drive all the way 10 hours and back almost broke down 5 different times and put me in very much dangerous weather to be having my car break down. I had to push it all around Morgantown. And someone let it roll and it bent my brand new car door off. All because they couldn’t tell me that I bought a car with no good parts. I paid 1300 for an extra key. On top of 8300. For the car. And 1000 for other parts. And they couldn’t say hey the converters are going bad. They just put my life in danger. The men working there very nice. The women very very rude and mean in the service department except the blonde she’s nice. More
