All Service I have had service on the three vehicles I purchased from Valley Honda only at Valley Honda. The service department has always been thorough and prom I have had service on the three vehicles I purchased from Valley Honda only at Valley Honda. The service department has always been thorough and prompt even in some rather complicated repairs like the one where squirrels chewed up the fuel lines near the fuel tank on my 2013 Accord. In the two cases where extended time would be involved in the repair, loaner cars were quickly made available. Since Valley Honda is about an hours drive from my home, I initially thought I would look for a servicing dealer closer to my home after an initial period at Valley Honda to make sure all was well with the new vehicle. However, the friendliness and professionalism kept me coming back for all service from minor to major. My recent tire replacement experience was a more efficient and simple process than I expected and the pricing could not be matched at any other Tire Dealer I considered. My Hondas will continue to be serviced at Valley Honda. More

Fast and reliable service Scheduled routine oil change and tire rotation. Was told appointment would take approximately an hour. I was out the door in exactly one hours time. Comfy waiting area with complimentary cold drinks or coffee. Friendly and professional service staff. Well worth the 30 minute drive versus my local Honda service center. Will certainly have be back for all other scheduled maintenance. More

Frustrated Loyal Customer We purchased our 2014 Honda Pilot from Valley Honda brand new and have been taking our vehicle there for all maintenance since we bought it. We start We purchased our 2014 Honda Pilot from Valley Honda brand new and have been taking our vehicle there for all maintenance since we bought it. We started noticing our clock was gaining time. It become a great math game the kids would play. "What time is it really?" When it finally was 25 minutes in the future, we made a point to tell Valley at our next appointment. Our records show we told them in 2017. They couldn't find anything wrong and reset the clock. We continued to see the problem persist and the compass was also recalculating a lot as well. We reported the problem several times. They found 3 pilots in the state had the same issue. They continued to try to remedy with hard resets but with no avail. The clock continued doing this over and over a period of time and before long it will build up 5, 10, etc minutes into the future. Finally, the last time we were in for maintenance in Nov 2018, we asked them to look at the problem again. We were so frustrated that this has persisted for over a year with no resolution. We called back after realizing once again, the problem was not fixed. I spoke with the service person. His response was to ask how was I going to pay to fix the problem since my car is out of warranty! I was so insulted by his response, I asked to speak with a manager. I called several times to speak to the service manager but was told each time he was unavailable. I finally left him a message very clearly expressing my frustration. I never got a return phone call. I have yet to return to Valley again for any further maintenance. It seems to me they are more concerned about getting their money than taking care of their customers. On every invoice it states, "At VALLEY HONDA we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. You may receive a survey regarding your service experience, TRULY EXCELLENT SERVICE is our only passing grade. If for any reason you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED, please contact our Service Manager XXXXXX at XXX-XXX-XXXX!" This has not been our experience! More

Emergency Car Service uring Thanksgiving weekend, my husband and I were traveling from South Carolina back to your home in New York. The weather on Saturday was awful. Real uring Thanksgiving weekend, my husband and I were traveling from South Carolina back to your home in New York. The weather on Saturday was awful. Really heavy rain. As my husband was driving, we encountered a very scary issue with our 2017 Honda CRV. The car went into what is called "limp mode". To me it was a bucking feeling. All the lights were on and the car pretty much came to a stop as we were passing an 18 wheeler in the left lane. Needless to say, very scary with other trucks coming up quickly behind us and us trying to pull off the highway. Angels must have been watching over us as when we were able to get off the highway, there was Valley Honda! The Service Manger, Josh was so helpful. They were able to squeeze us in and had the car fixed and we were on our way home in a few hours. The professionalism of the entire staff was top rated. In our opinion, Valley Honda's Service team went above and beyond what we expected. They are a true asset to the entire organization. More

I have experienced nothing less then commitment to me and my vehicle. I have been advised of services that would benefit my vehicle, never feeling pushed or hurried into a decision. I always come back because the service mechanics do an awesome job. I just had my transmission service done . I recommend Valley Honda as often as I can.
