We are very pleased with our purchase at Randy Marion Subaru. This is the 2nd Subaru Crosstrek we have purchased from This dealership. This time we were in the market for a previously owned Crosstrek. We were under time constraints as we had a prior commitment in Charlotte. We called to inquire about the car and were impressed that they confirmed that the car was actually on the lot and called us back to confirm. Joshua, the sales person, knowing that we had limited time, offered to video the car for us to preview prior to our arrival. Once we arrived at the dealership, the entire process from start to finish to complete the purchase was an hour and 10 minutes. The car was and is the perfect car for our needs. We appreciated that they detailed the car and filled the gas tank when we stopped back later to pick up the car. Kudos to Joshua and Keely for a timely purchase process. We appreciate it! More
