I always get great service from Elkins Chevrolet, whether it be buying a Chevy, keeping up on it's scheduled maintenance or should a service call arise. I've bought my last 3 Tahoes from them, and have been it be buying a Chevy, keeping up on it's scheduled maintenance or should a service call arise. I've bought my last 3 Tahoes from them, and have been a customer for over 15 years and never a problem. Great to see that Josh Elkins carries on the same level of customer service in the Service Department as his 2 brothers did before him. Always a pleasure! More

As always, Elkins Chevrolet delivered what it promised. Josh Elkins told me he would finish a complicated project and have a pickup driver at my house within a certain timeframe, and he kept his word. I dropped off my car and they couldn't have been nicer. They were kind enough to give me a ride home and pick me up again when my car was ready. Everyone that I spoke with couldn't have been nicer nicer. They were kind enough to give me a ride home and pick me up again when my car was ready. Everyone that I spoke with couldn't have been nicer and explained everything that was needed and afterward, everything that was done. I thought I was going to have to bring my car back for something but they managed to get it fixed for me in one visit. I truly appreciated everything. More

Very attentive to my time and service needs. Appointment Time met without delay, attention to all details during service including washing my vehicle. Josh let me know what the vehicle needed to have done, Time met without delay, attention to all details during service including washing my vehicle. Josh let me know what the vehicle needed to have done, provided transportation home so I didn't need to wait around during service, and was sensitive to my time needs. Always a great experience with Josh and Elkins Chevrolet. My vehicle goes no where else for service. More

I came to Elkins for a 50,000 mile service. Josh Elkins greeted me when I walked in and asked what brought me in to Elkins that day. He explained what was included in a 50,000 mile service and asked if I greeted me when I walked in and asked what brought me in to Elkins that day. He explained what was included in a 50,000 mile service and asked if I had any other concerns. Josh was very knowledgeable about what was included in a 50,000 mile service and why it was needed. While I waited for my car, he let me know how long my car would be and kept me updated on the status of my car. I had another great experience at Elkins and would recommend their service department to anyone looking for a knowledgeable staff and great customer service. More
