By far this has been my best purchasing experience ever. All the process was very smooth. No pressure to buy and no back and forth negotiations. He did a great job giving an offer that was difficult to resist and surprisingly without any back and forth negotiations. I continued shopping for other cars the same day but no one was open to give a good offer but Josh, definitely that was one of the factor for buying my first BMW.
