SO rude Called to try and ask a quick question about getting my window fixed. The woman told me that she can't help me if she isn't looking at the vehicle (when I was trying to ask what I thought was a simple question). When I tried to explain what the issue was she kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. She then told me that she suggest I read the owner's manual and try to find a fix before calling them again. Definitely will NOT be going here for any more service (or vehicle purchase) moving forward. More
