Paul Bounds and his crew in service are awesome. I live an hour away so it’s important to me to be able to get in and get out in a reasonable time. They always accommodate me. So……when it was time for a new SUV, there was only one place to go. Our salesman, Billy, and the sales manager, Josh, were a pleasure to deal with. The F&I experience was no different. Billy took the time to go over all the bells and whistles on our new Pathfinder Platinum with the wife and made sure she understood everything. He also went over the owners manual and quick reference guide. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when we arrived…….as promised. Excellent dealership and staff from sales to service.
