I purchased a Tesla on August 15, 2024, and by August 16, the car began shaking aggressively. I returned to the dealership, and after servicing, the technician assured me on August 17 that the issue was resolved. However, the same issue reoccurred, and we returned to the dealership for further inspection. Once again, they claimed the vehicle was cleared, but the problem persisted. Now, the dealership has refused to address the issue further. Despite the car being a 2018 Nissan-certified vehicle, they have declined to repair it. I've tried to return the vehicle, but I've been met with no response. I've had to chase down management, only to be told they do not want to fix the car.
