During that process Josh was terrific and showed a lot of concern for my inconvenience. Then, I bought a car from Alexis and found the process easy and enjoyable. Honest, Informative, and Helpful I went in for an oil change and a new battery (it had been several years and there was no way it was going to make it through the winter). Both of tho I went in for an oil change and a new battery (it had been several years and there was no way it was going to make it through the winter). Both of those services were excellent. While I was there, I had my winter wheels mounted. Dana mentioned that my TPMS couldn't sync, but that it was likely just that they were aftermarket TPMS (which they were). When the place that I had bought the TPMS also could no longer sync them, I called back to the dealership and Josh was incredibly helpful. He quoted me a price for new TPMS but told me that while they would more than happily do this for me, I could save a good deal of money by going back to the original place and get my TPMS replaced there because they certainly should not have died so soon (and would likely be covered under a warranty or service guarantee). It's very refreshing to have a dealer who isn't just interested in making as much money as possible, but actually cares about the person who has to pay for the parts/service. More
