It was absolutely the worst experience of my life leasing a car! I thought the days of the sleazy car salesmen were over but alas we found it again here. This dealership is deceitful, aggressive and legally a car! I thought the days of the sleazy car salesmen were over but alas we found it again here. This dealership is deceitful, aggressive and legally problematic. Some of the many issues are: 1. The prices we were told were "underestimated" and we only figured out that the actual price was much greater after we signed a bunch of the paperwork. Included in this, we were told that the included charging amount would cover the entire length of the lease but instead, we will have to spend 1K plus additional whereas the Hyundai and VW EVs have unlimited free charging 2. The harassment and aggressive nature of the sales manager and general manager when we tried to resolve outstanding issues was abusive in nature and very aggressive/accusatory. I haven't seen such unacceptable behavior in years and both my partner and I have worked in the service industry for years. 3. They did not give back the license plates on the vehicle I traded in and after bringing up the issue I was gaslit and told that they did. I only found out about this bc while I was told the plates would be shipped back to the MVA, I only found out they were not when I was given a hefty 500 USD fine. Only after calling across the management did we find out they had the plates and just lied to us yet again to defer responsibility. While this is just the highlights the issues go on. If we could we would return the vehicle and wash our hands of this awful dealership. More

I did not lease my Sorento from Emich but reserved a spot for a recall notice. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I was greeted by Jennifer who was extremely pleasant and checked me in. I for a recall notice. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I was greeted by Jennifer who was extremely pleasant and checked me in. I was asked if I needed a ride home which I didn't and I left my car. Matt called me early in the afternoon to inform me my car was ready and what they did. When I picked up my car I was again greeted pleasantly and Matt walked me out to my car. What a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership! More
