Called and made an appointment to test drive a specific stock number used car. Was told that the car would be available for a test drive and I made the appointment for later in the afternoon. Drove 45 mi stock number used car. Was told that the car would be available for a test drive and I made the appointment for later in the afternoon. Drove 45 minutes to the dealer and they did not have that car. They stated that one of their "sister" dealerships had it (we think we overheard in Plymouth) and that if we just hang around they would have someone drive the car over to the dealership. They offered us to take a test drive of another vehicle and we did - however that vehicle had more miles and was not our first choice in features. We were VERY disappointed in the sales manager's lack of empathy for us. The salesperson Arthur, was nice and all, but he could not produce the car we were specifically looking for. I would never go back to this dealership again. More
