Joseph was great at helping us find the right car. Really went above and beyond in our hunt for the perfect SUV. Editing this since buying the vehicle. They were great getting you into a car bu Really went above and beyond in our hunt for the perfect SUV. Editing this since buying the vehicle. They were great getting you into a car but if you have any issues afterwards. Good luck. During my 4.5 hours here buying the car we purchased an extended warranty which we were told covered “everything.” We were only given a pamphlet for the insurance with the different tiers and opted for the one with the most coverage. We specifically asked if the headlight led was included in the warranty as I have had previous experience purchasing one of these which is a pretty big expense considering you have to replace the whole assembly. Also another question asked was if the car came with a second key fob and both the finance manager and sales rep we dealt with assured us the car had 2 and I would receive the second one when I come to pick up my tag. Well let’s start with the fact I come to pickup my tag and second key fob in which I was expecting as well as getting a chip in the windshield fixed. They filled in the chip in the windshield little did I know a chipped windshield decreases the value of the car. Then I get my tag and guess what no second key fob. I asked the lady at the desk if she had my key fob and she would look for it since it was a transfer from the Salisbury location. I waited almost a week for a call back but no one called and when I reached back out I was left on hold for 15 minutes so my husband calls and same experience. Then I call again and I’m told the car doesn’t have a second key fob or else I would have received it. I emailed Joey to let him know I never received a second key fob and no response after a few days. I finally go up here to have the back mud flap fixed and supposedly a second key fob made. I dropped the car off and came back the next day. I get to the dealership the next day and speak to service the mud flap is fixed but no key fob and no one has any idea of any such of thing. Service sends me to sales in which I speak with Gregg the sales manager. Gregg informs me my car doesn’t have a second key fob and gets Joey who sold me the car and he fessed up finally that he did tell me it had another key fob. To which I then have to get in contact with the Volkswagen dealership to have one made. All is well finally get the second key fob Fast forward to this week about 8 months later the LED strip within the headlight assembly is out. I take it to the Volkswagen dealership as Jerry Hunt stated any car dealership will accept this warranty they sold me. Volkswagen calls and the warranty doesn’t cover the whole headlight assembly. So I call Jerry hunt and they send me to Robert in service. Robert informs me the warranty doesn’t cover the headlight assembly. He’d be happy to email me my contract. I get my contract via email and the only paper I have ever seen in said contract is the first page in which it shows what package we chose and the price with my signature. Now when we were in the finance office we never receive this other paperwork that stated what was not covered versus what was covered. The paper we did receive was the pamphlet with each level of warranty. To which me and my husband went over and asked questions including if the headlight assembly was included to which we were told yes everything was included. Now I get back in touch with Gregg via email letting him know there is a huge disconnect and his sales team are lying to the people they are selling to and don’t know the product. He then asks for me to bring the car by the dealership. Yesterday I go by the dealership and speak with Gregg. Within this conversation he states the LED strip is a bulb built into the assembly. Which is in correct according to Kevin at First Automotive in which this warranty is through. Well Gregg then informs me I should have receive the paperwork in the mail which is also false. I am currently waiting on a “recording” Gregg stated they had in finance More
