Came in to upgrade from a C7 to C8 Corvette. SPoke to the salesman and he took my info for a test-drive. The he tells me unless I am going to buy the car today, I cannot take a car for a test dri SPoke to the salesman and he took my info for a test-drive. He went to speak to manager and I was again told I cannot test drive the vehicle. So I left. Thanks for wasting my time. I will never go to Ciocca Chevy for a purchase again. More

Will not be back, I will drive out of my way to find another dealership for any future needs. 1. $200 to diagnose each question/problem is ridiculous. You get an electronic read out. 2. They thanked me numerous times for my “patience” but never put any action behind it (Have a cup of coffee. Here’s a free oil change. We vacuumed your interior for you as a thank you for your patience.) 3. They resolved the issue (after 3+ hours wait) -yay! - and mysteriously a new dashboard light appeared that same day. The odds of them being unrelated would be slim. They would not guarantee over the phone that I wouldn’t be charged if I brought it back. More
