Joseph is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever encountered in my 25 years of buying new vehicles. I ’ve probably purchased upwards of 30 new cars in my lifetime and typically I know more about encountered in my 25 years of buying new vehicles. I ’ve probably purchased upwards of 30 new cars in my lifetime and typically I know more about the car than the sales person. Joseph was the exception to this clearly knew the entire VW product line inside and out, so much so that we ended up buying a car that we didn’t initially come looking for, a Taos. We came into the store, looking at an atlas, and just for giggles, were looking at other vehicles as well while Joseph was helping us, and he really explained a lot of the safety features on the Taos. This made my wife and I decide that we were going to buy the Atlas from Joseph but ultimately bought the Taos for our daughter. Joseph located and acquired the exact car we wanted from another state to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Joseph is an extremely bright and personable young man and is it true asset to this dealership. We will be back next week for the Atlas! Thanks again Joseph. Pleasure working with you, sir. Andrew Tate in finance was also awesome. No pressure and got me out quickly. More
